Giving You Ownership
We strongly believe in the power of web3 and are really excited by all of the new possibilities this can give people both personally and commercially. It’s important to us that our project trys to adopt as decentralized an approach to doing things as possible, this includes how we handle the IP connected to the underlying artwork of your Satoshibles NFTs.
Our new Intellectual Property Agreement grants you complete ownership of your Satoshibles, transfering all rights to the art to each holder completely. By owning any NFT in the Satoshibles ecosystem, you own the underlying artwork and all of its Intellectual Property.

TLDR;
- You can use your Satoshible, Monster Satoshible and Satoshible Special Edition in any way you want including commercially
- Some use cases like hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty are prohibited by the author’s moral rights
- IP ownership is transferred when the NFT is sold
